Return and Exchange Policy

At Lucky Sprout, we work from the ground up. You're satisfaction is the root of our business. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund your Lucky Sprout items within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition with the original tags still attached. Just follow the instructions printed below. While shipping charges are non-refundable, replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped to you free of charge.

How to return or exchange your purchase:

1) Please fill out the return/exchange form which was enclosed in your original packaging or download the form.

3) If you are requesting an exchange, please identify style, size and color of the items you'd like to be shipped to you. If the new item(s) being shipped to you are of greater value, include payment information for remaining balance.

When returning an item, know that sometimes merchandise can get lost or damaged in transit. Lucky Sprout is not responsible for such occurrences so please return all items via a traceable carrier such as UPS or Fedex with delivery confirmation.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for Lucky Sprout to process your refund/exchange upon receipt.

Shipping and handling

We aim to fulfill and ship your order within 2 business days from when you place the order. Orders received on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. If the item(s) you order are unavailable or on back order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone. You will have the choice of waiting for or canceling your order.

In the continental U.S., our preferred shipping carrier is USPS from our warehouse in Wilmington, Ohio. We offer many shipping options for you to choose from.

Standard delivery (USPS)
As soon as your order is processed, your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you request expedited delivery service. Standard delivery times are 2-4 business days in the continental U.S. Deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska may take 3-6 business days.

Expedited delivery
Need your order in a hurry? Place an order online or by phone by 12 noon EST on the day you wish your order to ship and we will get your package out the door the same day. Any orders placed after 12 noon EST will ship the following business day.

Overnight Delivery:
Overnight Delivery: Your order arrives by the end of the next business day. Ships to all 50 states with some limitations to Alaska and Hawaii.

International orders
We happily ship to most international addresses via USPS. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges.

Fulfillment
We work very hard to have the items you desire available. However, if the item(s) you order are not available or on back-order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone. You will have the choice of waiting for or canceling your order.

Methods of payment
Lucky Sprout accepts payment by Mastercard, VISA, Discover and AMEX using standard checkout. We also accept payment by money order for orders placed in the United States only. To place your order by mail, please email or phone us and we will send you an order form with the total balance for the money order along with further instructions.

Ordering by Phone:

Gift Orders:
